On Tuesday, August 17, 2010 is our kick-off meeting for the Charlotte Chapter IMA.  The evening begins at 5pm with a networking/cocktail reception located at the Johnson & Wales University Event Center (801 West Trade Street).  Dinner will follow at 6pm (menu here).

 President's Letter - August 2010

IMA Charlotte Members,

Welcome back! I hope you enjoyed the last few months despite the heat!! We are gearing up for an excellent year in the IMA and a lot of new changes - some technology oriented, others are more of a process change. I am excited to let you know that we will be hosting breakfast, lunch and dinner meetings throughout the year to maximize the opportunities for members to attend IMA functions.  In addition, we will be putting together sponsorship opportunities for our meetings. Stay posted to the website for information regarding pricing and details. Lastly, we will be using one email address for all IMA chapter communication and distribution of CPE certificates. The IMA has the distinct honor this year of hosting the February Carolina’s Conference with a NASCAR theme. The conference will be offering multiple CPE credits, a tour of the new NASCAR Hall of Fame and excellent speakers. Put the event on your calendar and check out the flyer in the newsletter!
